酒店離市區較遠，大約20分鐘車程，
想找宵夜不是太方便囉。

i didn't have any booking when i arrived in kunming early morning on a saturday. 2 hotels i tried to get a room were full, one allowed me to plug my notebook into their internet line and i made an agoda booking. arriving at the hotel just 15 minutes later i did not have any print out but showed the page still loaded on my notebook. staff did not speak english but there was not any problem, could take the room without delay.
when communication was needed staff used online translators.
room was fairly small but comfortable, good bathroom, very good bed with very fresh and new linens.
tv ok, internet cable in the room, quiet and convenient location

We were cheated by the hotel staff

i got quite upset about the staff in this hotel, even feel that i was cheated. my friends and i booked rooms there via agoda twice and they gave me trouble both.
- 1st time, i booked 2 standard twin rooms and 1 standard king room. we arrived at the hotel at 11:00 pm and the staff told us that they didn't know about our agoda booking and they had no rooms left. i had to call agoda (with expensive international call fee) to help us to solve the problem. after that, the hotel staff told us that our bookings were ok and some guests that left, so they have rooms for us now - 2 standard twin rooms and 1 standard king room as we booked. we can't believe they told us the truth.
- 2nd time, i booked 3 standard king rooms. we arrived at the hotel and the staff firstly gave us 3 standard twin rooms (with cheaper price than standard king rooms!!!!). we complained about this and they told us that there is only 1 standard king room in this hotel and it was occupied. we didn't agree with that and got very angry. immediately, they gave the only one (???) standard king room to us.

The bathroom is very small!!!!

This is a triple room. The room is very clean. It's a large room with 2 large windows, so you have lots of sunlight. However, the bathroom is very small and the shower is not convenient. And this room is on the 6th floor but they do not have an elevator.

This hotel is clean, modern, and centrally located. Although the staff does not speak English, they are friendly and try to help whenever possible. Internet may be problematic in the rooms, but computers are available in the lobby for use. The hotel allows you to store luggage in their staff room after checkout as well.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
This hotel is within short walking distance of the Thai embassy. Perfect for those who want a new place to go for a visa run!

Pedimos una habitación de tres personas, y nos dieron una de dos, cuando las camas no eran ni siquiera de matrimonio. La habitación no estaba demasiado limpia. La atención al cliente bastante deficiente (no hablan ni una palabra de inglés). Llegamos por la noche, y la persona que nos atendió parecía dormida.

各部屋に有線LＬＡＮが配備されている。
スタッフは英語を介さないので、フロントにあるパソコンの自動翻訳機能を使ってやっと意思疎通がかなう。なんともやっかいである。やっと通じたと思っても、すぐには要望に応じてくれない。スタッフに笑顔はなく、ロビーのパソコンも故障中。なにかと価格に見合わない点が多かった。

刚开始不知道酒店的具体位置，还好出租车司机很热心，帮忙找了很久。酒店早餐还好，住了好几天后面几天都是在外面吃的早餐。中国的早餐很丰盛
