Worth the money

it's a very fancy resort. the view is fabulous.( rememebr to get the mountain view room)
a good number of staff speak fluent english and are very professional.
the breakfast is kinda costy, but it worths 30 usd for sure.
if the traveler doea not look for a very cultural experience but luxury leisure, pullman can be the first choice.

They give me the Jade dragon snow mountain view room's when sunset and sun go up I can see a very nice view from balcony.
The room is too dark, I cannot read a book in the night time.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
From the hotel is near to Shuhe old town only 10 minute walk and Jade dragon snow mountain only 10 minute by car.

a modern design & newly opened hotel with a astronishing view towards the famous snow hill.
a good place for luxury holiday!!
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The hotel is also located nearby an old town. I guess most of guests will visit there! it will be more desirable if hotel could provide free shuttle bus service.

２泊３日で滞在する、１泊目の朝、天気が良くベッドの上から外の雪山が見え
とても綺麗だった。どのスタッフもレベルも高く、中国と思えない対応であった。妻がちょうど誕生日であり、ホテルから誕生日ケースのプレゼントがあった。ただ難点は、ホテルの周りが開発中でいたるところ工事中である。ホテルから出ない分には、大満足であるが 開発が終わるまで、ホテルの周りを散歩・
サイクリングする上では、問題がある。

部屋は広く、掃除もいき届いており、とても清潔です。エスプレッソマシンもついていました。
ホテル内には、満開の桜や池があり景色もよく、とてもきれいに玉龍雪山を見ることができます。
朝食ブッフェのスペースには、ちょうど満開の桜と池を臨みながら朝食をとれる窓際の席があります。もし窓際が空いていなくとも、決して広い空間ではないので、どこの席に座っても景色を楽しめると思います。
朝食は残念ながら一部冷えてましたが、味はとても美味しかったです。

麗江に新しくできた本格的ラグジュアリーリゾートホテル
玉龍雪山を正面に望み、ナシ族の伝統的な意匠を取り込んだス、タイリッシュなリゾート

麗江古城地区から白沙方面に4kmの位置に、広大な敷地を持つ高級リゾートホテルがオープンした。
リゾートの中は古城の意匠を取り入れ、各ヴィラはナシ族の伝統的な家屋の造りになっている。
部屋は、大きく分けてヴィラと2階建てのビルディングに分れている。
ヴィラからは玉龍雪山を望めるが、ビルディングの1階だと山は見えずらい。
宿泊したのは、ビルディングの2階だが、ヴィラの瓦屋根郡の向こうに玉龍雪山が望め、素晴らしい眺望が楽しめる。
特に朝焼けに真っ赤に染まる玉龍雪山は必見なので、絶対早起きすべし。
ビルディングの部屋はヴィラと比べると狭く感じるが、それでも充分すぎるほど広く清潔で快適だった。
シャワーや浴室の床は古城と同じ石を使い、デザイン的にも優れている。
当初は、古城近辺のホテルを検討していたが、著しく観光化された古城内は想像以上に騒々しく、古城からやや離れたプルマンを選んで大正解だった。
古城を含めた周囲の観光地までは、ホテルから無料バスが出ているが、タクシーを呼んでも片道20元。
白沙にあるバニヤンツリーは、周囲が宅地造成でダンプカーや重機車輌が行き交い、砂埃が濛々としている。
白沙と麗江古城の中間に位置するプルマンの方が静かで立地的にもバニヤンより優れている。
スタッフは超一流ホテルのような洗練された印象は無いものの、初々しく親身になって一生懸命サービスしてくれる。
スタッフによっては、やや英会話が弱いものの、この辺では珍しく大抵のスタッフは不便の無いレベルの英語を話せる。
古城内の旅行会社も含めて、皆無というほど英語が通じない場所なので、ホテルスタッフによる英語の情報は本当に貴重だった。
ホテル内の中華レストランを利用したが、値段は高いものの味は本格的で美味しい。
新しくできたホテルなので、口コミでは殆ど紹介されていないが、現地では超高級リゾートホテルとして有名。
麗江の他のホテルには宿泊していないので、比較はできないものの、個人的には最高に評価している。
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
昆明から飛行機で麗江に来るのであれば、是非昆明の空港でお花を買いホテルに持ち込んでみよう。
30本もの立派なバラの花束が40元程度で買える
花瓶を借りて、部屋の中に花を飾ると、麗江での滞在が一層楽しくなる

デジカメのバッテリーが切れてしまい、急遽USBケーブルが必要になりました。
サービス外でしたが、探して部屋まで持ってきてくれました。
部屋も広く、アメニティーグッズもそろっていて、毎日の掃除も行き届いていました。
部屋にエスプレッソメーカーもあり、朝は外の景色を見ながらコーヒーを楽しめました。
部屋は禁煙ではありませんでしたが、煙草の臭いも気にならず清潔感もありました。
朝食が付いていないプランだったんですが、朝食ビュッフェは元と少し高い気がしました。
エステも同じく相場は高めかもしれません。
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
ホテルから古城へは25元支払うとタクシーを呼んでもらえます。
レンタル自転車サービスもあるようで、部屋には近隣の地図も置いてありました。
景色も空気もいいので、こんな時間の使い方もいいかもしれません。
古城から帰る際、タクシーの運転手さんがホテルの場所を知らない場合が多かったです。
予めホテルで名刺をもらっておくといいかもしれません。

房間差就算了，住房之後，馬桶是不通的，上完廁所，一按水之後，就滿溢了出來。房間臭不可聞，通知前台處理，來了一位人員，弄通了之後，就說在找人來清洗。此時，因為房間還沒有動過，便要求換房，前台七說八說，最後我堅持，才給換房。新的房間廁所還是有臭味.
