The experience when i entered the hotel was unexpected. I thought its just a simple and yet nice hotel for a 2 day weekend getaway but it was more than that.
The staff is very accomodating and response time as well is qutie good.
The room space is just enough particularly if you have no kids.
The internet connection made it more convenient for people who are on the go and need to track progress of their work/business.
I plan to recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

ignorant of previous request of non-smoking floor, even though double confirmed with the hotel thru email and phone. hotel located in a too remote area which is not convenient to access thru public transportation. room package with spa access costs additionally but was not worthy. Spa establishment charged "outing fee" when guests would like to get out out spa area to return to room, even though we did not re-enter the spa area finally. environment/ facilities are not competitive, all service inside needs additional charges.

The check in process was easy and the staff were keen and friendly to give us all of the information that we required. The room was clean, presented well and quiet. Agoda was a great way to book and made the whole bill payment easy. The little coffee lounge was lovely as was the food they served there. We would stay again however would like for the breakfast in particular to be improved. Overall we were happy with the facilities. The shuttle bus service was excellent.
The room and the service of the staff was excellent. The spa facilities were great.
The breakfast was not at all 5 star. Very mainstream. No fresh fruit, cheap.
- Restaurant Tip : There are many Portuguese Restuarants in the area. We ate at one recommended by Lonely Planet Guide in Taipa. Unfortunately don't remember the name. According to Lonely Planet the best one in the area.
