The New Era Hotel is located in the center of the commercial center of Nanjing, making it ideal for tourists and business travelers. Located nearby are Xuanwu Lake and Golou Square. The Manjianghong Restaurant, on-site, provides guests Huaiyang cuisine to savor. There is also a restaurant that serves western food, for the less adventurous. Visitors of Nanjing should be sure to visit such attractions as the Nanjing Museum, the Presidential Palace, the Taiping Kindom History Museum for culture and history. In terms of night life, visitors can visit the Fu Zi Miao area on the Qinhaui River which is known for its restaurants, pubs, and markets or they can visit the Nanjing 1912 district known for its clubs.

Super location! very nice hotel and staff was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was very nice also.
The added bed was a back breaker, and especially for the extra $100 it cost me.
I could not have asked for a better location! The hotel was lovely and the staff was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Great location from which to climb the wall to the bicycle stands where we rented bikes one afternoon.

Good location, spacious rooms.
It was not yet responded to questions from tourists, for example the question "is there a shuttle bus to the airport"
The hotel is located on a busy road, but many rooms are located on a quiet side. The rooms are nice and spacious. The staff is friendly and very helpful. There is an excellent breakfast buffet with both a Chinese and a European breakfast. It is prepared for all circumstances, both paramilitary plus (in effect) and condoms (the room) are available.
