the rooms were lovely, beds comfortable, nice decor, bottle of water for teeth appreciated, easily accessible from station to hotel and then around town. We also had good lunch and yummy friut pizza. The bathrooms bit tired and shabby. As Westerners we did not like the 'Asian' breakfast and went to McDonalds. It was hard to get cold beer and white wine impossible. The Tian Feng is in a good location and easily accessible, our room was clean, well laid out and well furnished but bathroom a bit tired and shabby. We had a great view, despite the smog. All staff were very helpful, despite our problem getting a cold beer and forget a cold white wine, too difficult, have a lovely mixed drink instead.
Breakfast was not for our Western tastebuds and so we ate a local fast food store, but had delicious friut pizza, dumplings and other food for lunch one day. overall, good place to stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Purple Mountain a great, full day outing, but wear comfortable shows.
