old, dirty room...hotel has no idea that I've paid in advance, held me for 45 minutes, I almost missed my train. hotel has no clue what so ever about my stay, eventhough I booked in advance and paid in advance. It was a total pain, check out took 45 minutes for me, and they still wasn't sure if they have my payment already, I gave them my copy of prove of payment.

hotel is clean and staff friendly. Far from shopping centres and attractions. Zhenbao is just a simple little hotel in Nanjing. Its not very close to much but has simple conveniences nearby such as food and groceries. However, you'll need to walk a distance to get to shopping centres or any sort of entertainment.
Staff at the hotel are friendly and will try their best to help you out. English is very limited in China and especially Nanjing so learning a few words and having places written down for you is a must. Internet is free with your own laptop.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Should visit the Nanjing Massacre memorial. Its very well established. Make sure you get it written down in Chinese.

Consider quite down town.
Service of the staffs acceptable.
Arrangement/Layout of buffet breakfast need to improve. Among the 3-hotels stayed this trip in China that booked under Agoda, I would say this is the best. Transportation quite convenient. Room condition, satisfactory. Food, acceptable. Staffs service, satisfactory. Quite informative staffs. Should limit smoking in the aircond environment, especially at the lobby / elevator.
