Nanyuan Hotel, Ningbo

I found little to fault this hotel. It maintains a very high standard of service and is very attractive inside. The food is excellent in both the Vanilla Sky restaurant and Shanseliar restaurant that I tried. There was an excellent choice at breakfast for eastern and western tastes. The pool is very big and cleaned regularly and the gym has also all the facilities I required. Rooms were house-keeped twice a day and room standard was high. The air conditioning however couldn't cool the room even in winter and the room was too hot even with the window open. Internet service was quick at all times and included in the room price as was the breakfast. Staff were abundant and always helpful and friendly and most spoke some English. It was a taxi ride to the down town area and there was no where to walk in the vicinity.
