convenience to the neighboring attractions.
lack of activities within the resort for children in winter (summer there is a pool).
the hotel is convenient to the neighboring attractions, which is quite a positive. However within the hotel, the rooms are basic and i would not rate the hotel as 5 star or good value for money. if i was to visit again i would base ourselves in Guangzhou city and taxi down and back. the money you would save on hotel accommodation and meals would easily pay for the return taxi fare.
