Excellent for romantic holidays

It was great romantic weekend in a private villa with clean pool and amazing garden inside.
I liked the beach which is very quiet. Breakfast more Chinese, not a big choice of European food. SPA and restaurants are too much expensive for China.
Must go place for couples and lazy holidays.

well,its a satisfactory stay in the villa,and the villa i went for has pool,jacuzzi,sitting room,etc,and it particularly fits for family and couples.the staff is very professional,nice and well manner.The breakest has good quality,highly recommend the spa if you like to relax more in the trip.
Restaurant Tip:
the thai restaurant is good at night,the afternoon session is not as the same level as the night one.

My bf and I stayed for a long weekend. The resort itself was beautiful and very relaxing. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. I speak Mandarin so we didn't have any language issues. I can imagine it will be a bit more difficult in English. The beach was just average. The sand is fine and soft, but you can see the buildings/construction in the horizon. I guess I'd expected to see nothing but miles of ocean instead. However the pool was great. There weren't many guests so we often found ourselves alone, which made the experience that much better. Who likes crowding right? My only complaint is the pricing of the food/drinks. In my opinion they are overpriced and food options are limited.

the first night we checked in our selected villa. I noticed some minor work was carried out outside our villa. I informed Banyan Tree. They checked it. They helped me change the villa the next day! We enjoyed our stay there very much.
The assistant manager, named Spencer, was very helpful (I deliberately named him to thank for his helpfulness). His suggested Chinese restaurant was also very good and fit with what we wanted. We ended up eating there for 3 meals.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
There is not much to expect for sight seeing. Thus this hotel is a very good choice. You simply spend most of your time there!

A few minor problems with the villa upon check-in, once I pointed them out they fixed it within an hour while I had lunch. Room service is great, you don't really need to leave the comforts of your villa. One small complain, the free Wifi was very weak or no signal in some area of the villa, for such a big brand name they should look in to such details. Over all my stay was very enjoyable! I will return if I visit sanya again.

Nice and clean place to stay with, impressed by the services and good provided by the hotel. It's a bit far from the town centre and tourist attraction points though. Everything is nice and we are very satisfied with the stay there.

For the price we paid on Agoda we got a great deal and had better rooms than we expected. The hotel is fully contained and very luxurious so for a long weekend we had everything we needed. It was perfect for a couple of nights stay but I would not want to have stayed for much longer because the area doesn't lend itself very well to excursions and the beach isn't very nice. English language skills of the staff aren't great because it is fairly focused on the Chinese tourist but we got by without too much difficulty. Also would be great for a family because the hotel was well equipped with plenty of sports stuff

the best experience of our holidaies,i am travelling with my hub and a 2 years old, we all had fun! its perfect!
the room size is really big ,and an outdoor private spa , my daughter was jumpping in the pool all times.
breakfast didnt have much choices but has present elegantly and great service .
