Fantastic decorations, precise details to room interior needs. Great environment for relaxation. Rooms are beautifully made with bathrooms that are eccentrically sensuous.

Could do with more english speaking hosts, improve alot on the breakfast table delights. beach was a distance away.

it was a great pleasure to stay there with great facilities, however, would've wished the gym was open 24 hours. overall it was a wonderful stay. will definitely go again in the near future.

Great room layout, large room, big screen TV, good number of International TV channels, great service in all Crowne Plaza outlets

Some staff are not quite comfortable with English language. Gym opens very late, should be open from 6 am or 6:30 am, not from 9 am. Air-conditioning in the restaurant for breakfast was not effective.

Hotel check-in staff does not inform guests of amenities or breakfast arrangements, bell-hop/concierge are very helpful, free-form pool area is very nice, nice restaurants and coffee clubs in adjoining mall, and in late spring/summer warm weather requires air-conditioning for the restaurants during breakfast but it's turned on only after guests start arriving for breakfast making it stuffy initially. Otherwise this is a very nice 5-star hotel because of the rooms.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : To experience the true local colour, take the local bus that runs from outside Crowne Plaza into Sanya city centre where there are many shops and eating places. Fare is just RMB6 but it is an extremely interesting ride on which you can see the local folks going about their daily lives. The taxi ride from the city centre back to hotel is between RMB 50 and RMB 60.
