nice pools and deach accomidations

Why is a large deposit required when you arrive if you cannot charge anything to your room..? It was very overpriced and seemed like you were nickled and dimed for everything possible. Prices were high in addition to the 10-15% service charge. I would recommend other places to stay to my friends. When I asked front desk person to speach english about my credit card charge she refused.

Very over priced food and services. Now pools and beach access.
