- reception was slow and not welcoming at all, behind the reception desk it looked like a mess with private stuff laying around. - the rooms were clean but were noisy due to the ongoing construction in both wings of the hotel, the hotel allowed us to move twice however in the third room I saw a rat at night, but was able to chase it out via the balcony door. - a lot of small points to mention, like : no new newspapers available, reception did not take our mail, If I order a cocktail, I would expect that some nuts etc. would be served. To help to improve, I filled in a couple of times review forms, however one room service staff member was reading my review in my presence for more than one minute - how embarrassing! And I could add much more!
