friendly, spacious rooms, nice ambience
buggy service not efficient, price of food was very expensive The setup is really beautiful, the rooms were very spacious, the food was of top class but very pricely. I felt the waiters tend to suggest the expensive dishes, though they were not of such standard. Overall the staff were very friendly and helpfull, which is probably expected from such 5star hotels.
Restaurant Tip : The food is great but dont have to go for the expensive dishes.

Hotel staffs are very eager to serve cutomer.
But a bit too celemoniously. Buggy (electoric car) is too busy and comes so slow after call even stayed on off-season. It is quite far from hotel centre to the room. So many cheap group tourists were breaking mood. I understand its difficult to fill rooms, but it made me so dissapointed. Hotel car service is too expencive, but local taxi is too disgusting. Some staffs don't know much about her/his duty, so I chose wrong several times. They should teach more or chose bette person.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Taxi driver is always looking for cheating passenger, and it is severe than other city in China. Price negotiation is a must. They also try to cheat you when giving change, so pay without change is the best way.
