clean room, nice decor, direct access to the pool from my room.
hotel staff are not as hospitable or professional as you'd expect from an international hotel.
they need to train their staff better. they had me wait for waffles for 30 min and then delivered pancakes instead. after another 15 min, they phoned again and told me waffles weren't available because the waffle maker was broken.
hotel facilities were great. can't say the same thing about their staff.

The food at the restaurants. Especially the fact that we never got the food at the same time.
We stayed at the Pullman in August 2008, and we had a fantastic time! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room clean and very nice. And the pool area was totally awesome! The only thing we didn't like were the restaurants, the food was ok but not more than that. And as a couple it would be nice if we got our food at the same time, but it never happened. And the cocktails weren't good at all. Other wise it was fantastic and we recommend it warmly!
