The room is clean with room service once every 3 days. The hotel owner is nice and caring and rest of his family are charming, especially have a lot of fun with this cute kid from the family.

Only stayed here for two nights in a King room. Room was, as expected, very basic but did the job. The hostel is located centrally and has a nice overlook of the mangrove lined river. DaDongHai is about a 25 minute walk from the hostel.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Entrance is on the main road, but difficult to find. Look up to see the hostel sign and enter that building.

This is an excellent hostel. I stayed here for four nights and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap and comfortable place to stay while in Sanya. The staff were very helpful and suggested some trips and sightseeing activities within driving distance from Sanya city. I also had a view of the river, which was a big plus as it's very beautiful at night. The mattress was hard but the room was clean and included clean towels. The location is also a stone's throw from the bus station that will take you around the city and beyond.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Shi Mei Bay. Deserted beaches still undeveloped. You can tell from the surrounding area this won't last much longer, however, as there is construction projects going on everywhere!
