spacious and convenient

We stayed here because we needed a two bedroom suite. The suite was nice, ocean view with balcony. Beds were a bit small, probably smaller than queen size. The hotel had a play room good for kids from like 1yo to 5yo; there is a very large playground about 10mins walk away. The pool, although across the street, was fine. The beach has nice sand but the water is not so good for swimming and there really isn't any surf. Breakfast buffet was very so-so; 90% Chinese food, but I guess that's good for their guests, which were 95% Chinese.

Apartment hotel with big room

This hotel is actually an apartment complex that was changed in a hotel. A golf cart brings you to the beach where is said you can use the fascillities of another hotel. In reality you can spend your money in the expensive restaurants and beach bar of that hotel but when we used the swimming pools a guard of that hotel tried to chase us...
Further there is a beach shared with other hotel and all the apartments around. On the beach there is an ugly concrete pier. When me and my sun wanted to use the pier for fishing ( wouldn't know why this ugly thing is used for ) we were chased away by intercontinental guard and management saying it is not allowed to fish on it...??? Really rediculous as we were the only people on the pier.There is also no system in the drop of or pick up of golf carts to go to the beach....somethimes we needed to wait more then 30 minutes . So except the big room which was great as I have 2 kids there is nothing that would make me go back to this place.
