High efficiency employee. Breakfast included. Not too far from major shopping center and eating area. My window was facing a resturant, some times it was noisy. Location of the hotel not easy to find. Location is not too far from the major shopping and resturants. Employee respond to the requests very very fast. I forgot to bring a power converter this trip, after I call the front desk, it took less than five minutes, a power converter was delivered to my room. I did asked quite a few things, such as matches, scale, etc., they all show up in a super fast way. I had difficulty to make a phone call, I thought the phone broke, they assigned a tech to fix it. It end up with a new phone number, because I had an obsolete number. It would be a great help with more selection for breakfast.
Travel tip : About 10-15 minutes walking distance in the north west side of the hotel, there were 3 big department stores and wide selection of resturants.

Free wired interent;Close to a MTR station;quiet location Good hotel located close (5-10 min walk) to a MTR station. Rooms were clean and large enough for 2 people. The breakfast had a large selection of items but was the same everyday and the eggs were always cold. Good security at the hotel. There was always someone on reception who could speak English and were very helpful. The hotel is located a little away from the centre of tourist attractions but they're all easily accessible by the MTR.
