The bed was not so good. The mattress is very hard. But, when asked for, they quickly brought an additional thin mattress which solved the problem. So, the service is OK.
Shopping Tip:
There is a shopping-center with modern shops and all kinds of restaurants closeby (within 5' walk).

Very Good Hotel with a city view

This is a very convinient hotel for the business travellers. The rooms are clean and tidy. Excellent staff, who is ready to help. I stayed in a one bed room service apt. but there was no washing machine or a dryer in the apt. It is at a great location.
Travel tip:
The entrance is bit tricky.

o k for the business traveller. good location but require some more features for the western travellers. should have a considertaion for vegetrarian and other kind of food along with chinese dishes. i enjoyed my stay and i will stay there again if i am back in shanghai.

Horrible receiption & decoration

i choose this hotel because it's not too far with pudong exhibition hall, and nearby the hotel there are convenienct store, costa coffe and mrt station.
when i checked in, there are some miss understanding as my package doesn't include broad band service, which is new to me as i always book the hotel including the service. i then pay rmb 50/ day for it.
the decoration in my room is horrible, and i cannot understand why i need a 10- people table in the living room. in all the 4 rooms, i couldn't find the closet or even a hanger for the clothes. and then i realize why there are so many chairs in my room.
Travel tip:
Very close to the MRT station, around 5 ~ 10 minutes walk.
