the serviced apartment is located somewhere around century avenue which pudong area.the nearest subway station is about 400m. the good thing is the subway station is an interchange station. food wise, nil restaurant in this area. if you prefer to have a quite environment, then this is a good option. but if you prefer more happening area, then better stay at puxi.
the cleanliness is good though the furniture looks old. and the service is good.

Located in the quieter business district of Shanghai. Great for getting back at night to a nice quiet area. However, lack of supper options nearby may be a bane for late night revellers..
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
the shanghai big bus company is a great way to see most of the shanghai attractions. basic tour starts from cny100 per person and the bus can be hopped on from jinmao tower or oriental pearl tower near belgravia thou frequency is a bit slow on this green route...

The room is quite large, feel like home. We have 5 people and feel comfortable with it. I like it has 3 rooms and 3 separate washroom, however the bedsheets and towels are a bit old and dirty, and the television is hard to control.Anyway it's cheap and overall I like here.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The apartment is quite near to MTR, I suggest you should get MTR instead of taxi to this hotel as it is much cheaper to have MTR in shanghai.

the hotel design is good and lovely, comes with heater too, which is great, very comfortable, eventhough just drop by for a night before heading to airport next day, i had a good sleep. next time will come back again to stay longer, even though is at the pudong side, but taking a cab crossing the river is not that far and within 10-15 mins only. good for group of friends and family.

hotel is in good, quiet location but tricky to find. the suite is large and comfortable with decent amenities. would i stay there again? for sure! except that the next time around, i will be more demanding on proper housekeeping service. it was poor. my room was not cleaned at all on the second day of my stay and the succeeding days were no better.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
The Sightseeing Bus (Hop-on, Hop-off) is the best way to explore the city without much hassle and expense. Be sure to see the Bund from Puxi side and vice versa at night -- quite a sight!

The living room is big, wiv DVD player, fridge etc.
the air con inside the room is not cool enough.
Location is ok, but not much taxi driver know exactly where it is.
