Friendly and serviceminded staff, nice and clean room.Good location in relation to the Pudong airport. Breakfast and dinner buffét can be improved. Far distance from city centre. The hotel is located in an office building area relatively close to Pudong airport. The distance to city centre is maybe to far to be convenient. Nice and friendly staff always willing to help and give advice. Dinner (warm) buffét was cold and quality can be improved. This goes also for the breakfast. The room was nice and clean.

the lobby was great and the the environment suite best for business and holiday makers, room rate is reasonably good too. this is my business trip with my colleague and we find this place is strategically good location, and much to my surprise the room rate was equivalent to local rated 4star hotel nearby, and the breakfast was sumptuous , the whole surrounding look clean and comfortable, we like most is the toilet and the room is spacious, and lastly, the staffs always greet us with a sincere smile that make us so welcome

relatively clean, staff were helpful and efficient, rooms felt small and seemed slightly run down, bathroom facilities very basic, no pool and gym was very basic, the hotel is in an area that is a long way from anywhere and there is nothing much to do near the hotel I was expecting the hotel to be more centrally located but it felt like it was really out in the middle of no where. The only transportation available was taxi. Although it is rated as a five star hotel it should really only be a three star as the the facilities, the ambience, and the quality of the rooms only put it at that level. Because the location is inconvenient, the hotel should significantly improve the facilities to give people more reason to choose it.
