Superb Location

it was a short stay, i spent only one night in Casa Serena, the hotel made me feel in somewhere in the past ( if there is no plasma TV in the room), the location is very good, i had chance to reach a lot of places by foot. Nice hotel, but i think the suit would be much better.Next time i will try the suit.

I like everything in this hotel great service, very convenient location, very pretty decoration

The hotel lobby is same with spa, easy to find. There have a restuarant near to hotel is it Spainah food. It was so good. Also I tired the oil massage in hotel. It was very relax and great. If you want to try other restuarant, you can just walk 5 minutes to Xintiandi. There had a lot of different kind of nice restuarant.

Find mold everywhere in the bathroom. Bathroom door couldn't close. Carpet seemed to be quite dirty. Mattress was very hard, and lack of hot water supply.

Quiet and charming boutique hotel with spacious room.
Light is dimly lit, to make it romantic to stay. Unfortunately, sometimes, it was too dark to even read room service menu! No worry, if you are under 35, you will not have so much troubles like I did!
One more concern, water was dripping from the air conditioning, thereby making the floor underneath the AC so wet!
