Good location, Good service and fairly good English. Maybe the Lobbyarea could have more seats. Central Hotel is very convenient stay in Shanghai.

leisure. Staff is very serviceminded - had birhday
during my stay, and find a cake on my room when I
got home in the evening after businessmeeting -

Room was very big and clean, the bed was very comfortable and big shopping areas are just across the road. I was impressed with the hotel foyer when we first arrived and more impressed with how helpful the staff were. They were very nice and helpful and let us check in our room at 6am in the morning after a very long flight. We were very happy and would use this hotel again in the near future.

the hotel is situated near the train & also near the shopping areas.it have good internet connection that is free.the rooms are big with a nice table for business travellers.the hotel staff are also friendly & helpful.we ask for a late checkup which they gladly accept & allow us to checkout at 2pm.
