The place seemed more of a residence than a hotel, although we did encounter many tour groups and some performers at the lobby almost every day, so I guess it's a well-known place to stay. The facilities were nice. The business center is very convenient. A problem was that the staff downstairs had such a hard time understanding plain English so I had to resort to pointing and "sign language." Overall, though, the place is nice and convenient. Near both high-end stores and little Chinese shops that sell things that a foreigner might look for.
Friendly staff, although can't speak good English
Nice room with good cleaning service and very nice cleaning lady.
Small reception area
Wouldn't allow for early check in so we had to wait
- Shopping Tip : High-end store nearby for the big spender.

I stayed there two nights. It was central shanghai and have easy access to airport. But utilities were little bit old, and no bathtub, therefore it may be hard to stay long days even though having kitchen and microwave oven. I was not satisfied there so I will stay at other hotel next time.
Good location.
Interior was little bit old, weak utilities.
