The Hotel can be said that average including breakfast, bed, staffs friendly, helpful.
Location is great, nearby shopping areas, go any famous places can easily get bus, taxi, train or walking, very convenient.
The small things not comfortable is the room a little bit small and lift quite slow, anyway it match with the room rate.

good location near east nanjing road with lots of restaurants and shopping malls. unfriendly reception staff. Be aware of the scammers chatting you up along Nanjing Road to go to have a coffee or tea together, never go with them or you will be ripped off (google shanghai coffee/tea house scam).

the room was small and difficult for 2 person to stay.
the breakfast was for one person not per room.
the breakfast foods were badly managed ... not suitable for international tourist. no services at all.
ask for a discount if you don't want breakfast.

Not too bad base on the price. Location is very good and near to people's square and East Nanjing Road. Many restaurants to choose from. Morning breakfast buffet is quite good with range of choices.

Stay in this hotel many times. Agoda give me a air well view which you do not know what is happening outside. Tried asking for a hotel with street view but still ends up the same. Nevertheless, will still stay in this hotel with it's good location but they need to greatly improve their breakfast spread. This time they offer freshly fried bacon but limited to 3pcs per person and you only get it once.
