Is okay, but quite a distance from the public transport - a few taxis struggled with locating it. Easy to find taxis from the hotel for guests and taxis are cheap enough, but will be a nightmare if raining as taxis are very rare. Good restaurants, bars, supermarkets and plaza relatively close.

Internet was slow, long walk to local restaurants, taxi ride to nearest metro train made it inconvenient for frequnt trips to city center. Taxi drivers need written directions in Chinese.

I've stayed this hotel to visit CEIBS and it took just 5 minutes by walk. It is the best condition that I love it!
Though it is not easy to take a public transportation, can go to downdown 5-10minutes by taxi.
If you are a person to stay and relax in calm place, it will be the best place for you.
Restaurant Tip:
A lot of restaurant near hotel like Indian, Japanese, Mexican etc. Many massage shops as well.

decent apartment hotel
just next to the office park

the main reason i chose this hotel is because the office park, where the company i was visiting is situated, is just on the other side of the street. the studio room looks cozy, equipped with a kitchenette. one can also find an iron plus ironing board in the closet. the bathroom is quite small with only the shower and the toilet seat, which i don't feel very comfortable. the washbasin is outside next to the kitchenette. the breakfast is simple but good enough to me. one good thing especially for westerners is they provide a number of english speaking tv channels. staff are very polite.
Travel tip:
the actual entrance of the hotel is at the inner side (not the street side) of the building.
