Availability of kitchen utensils, electric iorn and iron-board.
front desk officers are courteous to guests opn checking in. They are very firm of one's private space during one's stay - from an incident which I witnessed during checking-in. Hard mattress.
Flimsy pillows.
Less than desirable standard of array of breakfast food.
My personal mini-spoon was taken from my personal cutlery box next to the refreshment area. Leave the exit door, and turn left will lead you to the fringe of People's Square and shopping centres with food-courts offering local and fast-foods.
Opposite the hotel is an expensive Singapore-Thai restaurant offering expensively-priced food which is quite tasty but it may not be of value if you are on a budget-constraint.
Nightlife Tip : It is situated near to Nanjing West walking district. When travelling along this street, one must be mindful of over-friendly locals or sympathetic-looking females looking to exploit your naivete and kindness to cheat your money.
These group of hustlers work in syndicates and have been operating in known tourist areas in perpetuity.
Just be careful.

Very near the underground and the Nanjing Walking Street. Internet connection speed in the room is a little bit slow The restaurant in the hotel is good.And wirless and wired connection are both available at the lobby. Hotel room also has the safe for customer.
