Gary M. Solo travelers United States of America, May 01, 2013	A basic, not so clean, place to sleep Hotel is an inexpesive place to sleep after taking in the the sights and nightlife of Shanghai. It is located in an area that includes wholesale shoe stores in all directions. 5.3 The staff was curteous and friendly but you are not paying for Shangrila so set your expectations accordingly. If you just want a place to sleep and don't need all the fluff, the Dongding is OK for one or two nights.

Nothing else 6 the location is ok. not too far away from the main shopping area. room is big enough yet looks a bit old. internet connection is provided yet no wifi access. all in all, i don't think i will stay here again
