Great Hotel at Great Location

this hotel is great for budgets. room is very clean, quiet, and comfortable, although my room was on city view side. staffs can speak good english, and i did not have any problems at all. the bakery on the ground floor is very good. it opens at 7am and closed at 11pm. slightly highly priced compared to other shops, but has a great taste. is it a walkable distance from shanghai expo and new shopping mall. there is a convenience store on the next door and a big super market in front of this hotel.

Clean hotel with good location

great access to mrt station

great access to mrt station (line 2 exit 4 just downstairs) but not easy to get taxi around there. good access to 24hr convenient store and local supermarket just across the street. room was clean, comfortable and fair facilities with acceptable service. poor wi-fi acess limited in the lobby (ethernet in the room only), dining facilities limited and costly, but can access a nice bakery cafe at ground floor.

Nice room but executive lounge was nothing

me and my girlfriend checking in on the last day of the year to enjoy the atmosphers and celebreat. everything was going perfectly, the room is well design big and nice and front office and concierge staff is helpful. we found out that executive lounge and some of the hotel outlet is close due last day of the year. for the hospitality industry is so wrong if you close your pos on the special day. however, front desk manager is manage to solve problem by giving us 1 alcholic basic cocktail drink and 1 dish of snack to replace club lounge. i am not satisfied with this at all....the amount of money that i paid is not worth it the benefit that i had.

great room, great food at the chinese restaurant and efficient customer service at the reception. the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. the chinese restaurant on the 4th floor offered a nice ambience for dining and staff is friendly and helpful. food is excellent ! the concierge staff is very attentive and helpful as well. free wifi on the lobby area
Restaurant Tip: Go and try the Chinese restaurant located on the 4th floor.

near to fair area ,metro is just next to lobby

i choose this hotel because very near to fair area.rooms was ok,but not so clean.i just arrived and see many hairs and everywhere.when you have shower,water goes inside all area and i think same problem happens at all rooms because of wrong design.near to metro and you can go to people square and airport fastly.

New and clean hotel

Hotel is new and it is near to the new int' exhibition centre

This is a good place to stay if you are attending some fair held in the new international exhibition centre! It is about 15-20 mins walk down to the road or you can ask the hotel to help you call up a cab. It is also near to the metro station and a century mart. But, the food in the hotel sucks! Doesn't worth a cents paying for breakfast or even the buffet dinner! The hotel is new, room is big and clean but there are no wifi even we pay for it at the floor 19th and above!
