Satisfactory but with a few major glitches

Overall ok. The rooms have an ok design, especially for the price of the hotel. Most beautiful hotels are too expensive. This one is pretty and affordable. Staff tried to help most of the time but most were very poor at English - those that were not had the unfortunate Chinese custom of not responding with any facial expressions or audio signal that they even heard what you said. Some professional people work at hotel. But some very slow people work here too, which make the attempt at quality service which the good people easily offer go down the draina nd leave the impression of a 3 star hotel. Anyway, the hotel has potential.

Chic hotel room right next to Metro station

Nice room, next to metro, close to Expo Center

It is easy to get to the hotel using the Metro. Just exit Century Park Line 2 and you are at the hotel. The lobby is quite small. But the room is very modern with cool furniture. The park is right across the street and you can see it from the room. There is a super market across the street. The hotel provided a free shuttle to the Expo Center. It is a great area for business travelers to stay.
