Families with older children France, April 18, 2013	Beautiful setting, but poor service Location, garden, historic site 4.7 The Fenyang is set in the spectacular gardens of an old colonial property. Sadly, the service and services are lacking. There is but one small 'restaurant' serving a limited buffet in the morning and a tennis court. There is also a 'cafe/bar' in the old residence, but it is poorly advertised/promoted and thus appears largely deserted. This is sad as it is easily the nicest part of the hotel . Unfortunately for us, it also happened to be unseasonably warm during our stay and the aircons in both rooms did not work. Despite complaining to the front desk, nothing was done and we had to suffer another night as the windows are small and do not open wide.
