Friendly staff, beautiful lobby, very clean and comfortable environment. 9.7 The rooms are very nice, restaurant food is tasty, breakfast selection is excellent, would be back for more business trips in the future. Chang B. Solo travelers Taiwan, October 11, 2012	good quality hotel elegance, convenient 8.3 The hotel service in Four Seasons Shanghai is pretty efficient and in good quality. The room is cozy with comfortable bed and good facility as well. H/ever, just not that satisfy about the noise occured in the evening in my room, it's kind of noise fm machine and last quite long, this is unfortunately not that perfect during my stay this time. Shopping Tip: just move forward to next block, it's the very commercial area in Shanghai - NanJin W. Road.
Wan L. Business travelers Canada, May 15, 2012	A little below my expectation Just average 6.7 Overall, Four Season Shanghai disapointed me a little bit. Not as luxury as I expected, service is ok , but the food in hotel are below average. About the service, one thing that really upset me is the staff in front of main enterance. it was a rainny day, there was a pregnant lady was waiting for taxi there, when the taxi came, the staff just use umbrella for himself , instead of covering the lady. Also the floor is very slippy.
