about 5 minutes walk to the nearest metro station. and about 10 minutes walk from the bund.
Service was within expectation.
Overall, i will stay at the same hotel during my next trip to Shanghai.

Hotel arrival and check in fast and efficient. Lobby area grand and accommodating. Leisure facilities good and if could be open 24hrs even better. Room decoration and amenities good. Bathroom in the room fabulous. Excellent in room dining aside creme brulee (i sent it back it was that bad!). English for front line staff very good and for in room service OK with only one poor experience. I would stay there again and recommend too.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Staff get Taxi's effieciently and effectively just have your address in Mandarin at the ready though to help them direct the drivers.

Located near to pedestrian street in ShangHai. Convenient transportation to get around.

Nice, clean and great location hotel
The hotel is located very close to a famous shopping area, Nanjing Road and the room is big and clean. The staffs of the hotels are very helpful as most of them can speak English well.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone as it is suitable for both business traveller and tourist. The location is excellent because it is very close to shopping area and subway station. The staffs of the hotels are nice and very helpful. The bed is very comfy and clean. I ate at hotel once and the food is not bad but it is quite slow. The hotel allows you to do late check-in and check-out if the room is available. I will definitely stay at this hotel next time I visit Shanghai.

Lovely decor and new hotel in good location

I was very impressed with the comfort and style of this hotel as it did set out to be a 5 star hotel with the grandeur. Rooms are big and quality decorated. My view of the room to Nanjiang Road was excellent. However, all this was ruined by inconsiderate staff not doing their job properly. Having got off the plane late evening, I expected to sleep in till noon. Housekeeping ignore the "Do Not Disturb" sign as they insist to clean rooms at 11:00am. Mmmm....following day, reception calls at 9;30am to say that my passport and my guests were not properly scanned in their system. I said sort it later but they called every 1/2 hour to say Police will arrive if I do not sort at reception. Bad show ....from poor staff although they acted politely and apologised.
Hotel Feature Tip:
If you are travelling with a foreign passport or Hong Kong Traveller ID, tell them to scan your details properly on check-in or they will bug you to death.

beautiful hotel, real 5star luxury. rooms were very spacious and well equipped. bed was very large and amazingly comfortable. we didn't try the restaurant or bar but they looked nice. the hotel was in a great location for shopping and sightseeing, and the concierge was very helpful with organising trips and giving information on organising our own adventures. the swimming pool and health spa were also excellent.

We are very satisfied the hotel that we booked for the family vacation which the location are very good, just one minute walk to the walking street which is shopping and foods and we only spend 15 minutes walk to the bund during the night times and took a lot of photos
