Stay was good, love the bed, very comfortable. Not muuch of a view from the room though, no free wifi and the italian restaurent was not great. Stayed on the red level but the lounge was empty, so i didn't use it too.

Great hotel in central location in Pudong
The room was fabulous, the lobby was lovely and the conference facilities were very efficient.

I had a great stay at the hotel, but the staff was not particularly friendly or helpful, passing me from one person to another. Other then that, I had a great stay and would hihgly recommend the hotel to others.

Top Class, Great Value
Very spacious and comfortable room with great river view; luxurious bathroom; desk set up with wired and wireless internet.

No complaints at all. Hotel seems quiet but standard of rooms and service was excellent. Fitness centre is OK but has great view of Shanghai skyline and top floor pool is very nice.
For the price, it is excellent VFM.

We had dinner at the buffet (about 25 mins) before closing, food was good but right at the end of it's shelf life.
Had a cup of coffee and a cup of tea in the morning - both were good, but very pricey! (about $25)
Hottub on 30th floor very beautiful.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Hire a good guide and great driver - unless you are use to driving in countries that traffic laws are merely suggestions

I was stay on red floor and manager on red floor was very kind to me. She gave me a birthday cake on my birthday also. Breakfast was so so, taste was not that good. But swimming and gym were great.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Very near The bund, pearl tower and shopping mall.

Very nice big hotel with easy access to Oriental Pearl Tower

The hotel is located 2 blocks from the Oriental Pearl Tower and one block from the Shanghai Aquarium also close to bus stop that will take you to the Bundt. Room was great with nice views of the river. Also within walking distance was a mall and many restaurants.
