The hotel is clean and in good position, really a five star hotel. Just within one minute walk from the metro station. The executive suite is fantastic and large. We can enjoy the free drink at the executive lounge.

Hotel location, amenities and service was great given the price to value ratio but felt that one has to ask for a high floor if possible. stayed on the 25th floor and still awoken at 7AM by the traffic noises below.

We stayed in an Executive Suite for 3 days (+2days).Great for family with children. Huge bathroom, big comfortable bed and spacious living room c/w free wi-fi. Complimentary snacks, beer and coffee at Club Lounge Level 27 from 5.30pm-7.30pm. Metro (subway)is just below the hotel, very convenient to travel to all parts of shanghai (Peoples's Square & Nanjing East Road - 3 stops). The hotel staff are helpful and Concierge helpful with a smile. We booked another 2 more days after a 2 days trip back from Hangzhou. I will be glad to stay there when Im in Shanghai again.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Breakfast on the 5th floor is much better compared to the Executive Club Floor.
Hi-speed train (1 hour) to Hangzhou from Hongqiao railway station (40 mins by Metro (subway).

This hotel is of great value. It's near to the metro and plenty of food/shopping area. There will be bo lack of convincing stores as there are quite a few in the area.
Hotel staff are friendy and able to help in almost any situations.
I am glad I chose his hotel. It's great!!!

i loved this hotel.my room at end of hall was a walk from elevator, but very high scale, 5 stars room. would go back. across street from bank, on other side a train/subway station. many fast food places close and some smaller stores. had a window in shower and at bathroom sink, great view, very unusual. beautiful marble in bathroom. wonderful, soft and cozy bed, highest quality. good television.wifi in lobby only, but nice lobby.good heater in room in winter.very quiet, and calm.in middle of city, close to expressway. great staff, only found 1 staff member at desk to speak english, but he was always there and helpful. one subway station was only 12 steps from front of hotel and on other side, another line of subway only 10 steps away. 3 different mcdonalds within block of hotel.easily one of the top hotels i've ever stayed in, and i travel alot.
Shopping Tip:
On subway take line 1 to People's Square. Go out of subway station past McDonalds to corner, where you see row of red China flags.Across the street is a large 4 story mall, but it is very expensive. On the street (it starts with an N) outside the mall, there are verders and you can bargain with them, to get nice products for less.

airport transfer to hotel arrangements were conveniently made with staff assisting warmly. room was nice but being a executive suite it could have came with a separate living room and bedroom. that aside, the room was huge and amenities were all in place.

traveled with family with kids. hotel location was convenient with plenty of eateries, fast food joints and shopping malls nearby but extremely noisy from traffic noises even at very high floor of hotel. service was good. but repeated requests for a bucket of ice to reduce the swelling of my son's sprained ankle never arrived.

The hotel is located right no top of Metro Line 1 with Metro entrance approximately 50m away. Just 3 to 5 stops away from major Shanghai attractions such as the Bund, Xiantiandi, Lujiazhui. Easy access to Shanghai Railway Station and the High Speed Rail network. Allows for quick day trip to other cities such as Suzhou or Nanjing via the High Speed Rail. Rooms are spacious and Internet Access is good (with free in-room WIFI for business class rooms). Provides direct access to social networking applications without having to use VPN services. Strongly recommended for its value!
