MY STAY WAS GOOD, THE ROOM WAS BIG AND WELL LAYED OUT. THE SHOWER WAS A GOOD SIZE AND I LIKED THE FEATURES ON THE TOILET, INCLUDING THE HEATED SEAT. THE ONLY NEGATIVE WAS NO WIFI IN THE ROOM.

Had a really nice stay , breakfast was expensive (cheaper next door at the holiday inn)
swimming pool didnt open till 2 in the afternoon, bit of a pain if you like an early morning swim.

Near the MRT, 5 Star Rooms

Grand Soluxe is in the New Pudong area, near the business district as well as the shopping and tourist areas. The best thing with this hotel is that they are 5-star and near the MRT for convenient travelling. From the airports, a short MRT ride is convenient. The only disadvantage for me is that there is no free internet inside the room, and that breakfast is not included. Overall, I would probably stay here again when I visit the city.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Grand Soluxe is near the MRT and easily accesible when going to the sight-seeing places like Oriental Tower, IFC, etc. Price is reasonable rather than staying in the tourist area, yet close by.

友達に空港送迎してもらったが、駐車場が狭く困った、新しい上海美術館について聞きたかったが、コンシェルジュは居なくて、フロントもドアマンも知らず、調べてもくれなかった。

旧日航ホテルとのことで館内の清潔度は日本レベル。
今回はアップグレードして頂き、広めの部屋にステイできました。
地下鉄4,6号線の駅も徒歩3分程度。2号線への乗換え駅も隣の駅で可能。
どこへ行くにも便利な立地です。
タクシーで外灘地区へも10分程度。
周囲には、日本食屋も多く、ビジネス、観光共に快適なステイが出来る
ホテルではないかと思います。
お風呂も湯船が深く、トイレはウォシュレット。
日本人の求める設備仕様で本当に快適でした。

Неплохой отель в Пудуне по достаточно адекватной цене. Все достаточно комфортно. Номера свеженькие. В стандартном номере очень небольшая ванная комната, но это единственный небольшой минус. В остальном все есть,.Интернет платный проводной 70 юаней. Вайфай нет.

Отель удобно расположен, можно без проблем и быстро добраться на такси или на метро до центра города. Из нашего номера на 21 этаже виднелась Жемчужина и Финансовый центр. Персонал очень доброжелательный и все замечательно говорят по-английски. Очень понравились завтраки в отеле. Из минусов - номера очень простые в плане дизайна, очень неудобная и маленькая ванная, которая ещё и протекала. Были проблемы с WiFi, пришлось пользоваться платным подключением.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Рядом несколько выходов метро, но можно и пешком прогуляться, например, до Century park, погулять по парку, покататься на катамаранах. Также рядом хороший торговый комплекс, с интересными магазинчиками и кафешками. Вообще от этого отеля можно достаточно быстро добраться до любых достопримечательностей в центре Шанхая. Рядом с отелем Irish Pub, где можно отлично посидеть с друзьями за кружечкой пива и послушать старые хиты в живом исполнении.
