I suggest you try the other Holiday Inn in the same area. Building is new and very near the railway station. Hotel room is old and needs to be refurbished. Overall, quite ok.
The hotel is very near the train station but not really in the downtown area. Hotel staff were nice and accommodating.
Hotel is old and needs to be refurbished. It is located in a not so good area where you can see the old Shanghai, dirty.
- Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Near the Jade Buddha temple.

Our initial room wasn't suitable for a cot and the next room that they showed us was older and not really suitable either. After a bit more of a wait they finally gave us a suitable non smoking room.
