Location, upgrade room for non availabilty of what I booked, clean, safe.
Only one guy at the front desk to do the check in and quite slow.
The hotel is well located in Pudong area, with nice executive room, safe, clean and an ejoyable breakfast. The staff speak poor english, very slow for paperwork procedure but they try to do their best. The hotel is forty minutes away from Pudong airport by taxi and very near to the international expo center.
