The Holiday Inn Vista Shanghai Hotel is a 20 minutes’ drive from the Pudong International Airport, and 55km from the Hongqiao International Airport. The four-star hotel is also only a ten minutes’ drive from downtown, providing close access to many shopping, entertainment and business districts. Guests are also close to the tourist attractions of Zhong Shan Park, Jing An Temple, and the Jade Buddha Temple. There are a few onsite restaurants for guests to choose from that serve a variety of Chinese and Western dishes.

The hotel is quit ok but not much to see in that area. Unless you want to go to the Karaoke across the street. The breakfast buffet is huge and you can order eggs as you wish. I had a small problem with some leaking pipes but this was fixed quickly. All together a fine 4 star hotel.
Restaurant Tip : There are some good Chinese restaurants in that neighberhood.

My stay in the Holiday Inn was excellent the service was very good, the staff were friendly and very helpful, the room was comfortable and clean. The cleaning staff can sometimes bit alittle bit noisey, From my experience at staying at the Holiday Inn Vista, I would have no problems recommending this hotel to anyone who was thinking of coming to Shanghai for business or a holiday.I found the Hotel very comfortable, clean and the staff very friendly and helpful, the meals in the restaurant are of very good quality. So i give it a big thumbs up, Well done to all the staff.

Nice rooms, friendly staff location. language. price Usual Holiday Inn standards, nothing too fancy...location a bit away from the main city center. Difficult to communicate with staff due to lack of english knowledge.
