Located right at Hong Qiao Airport; 5 mins walking distance. Friendly hotel staff if you can understand their language.
Old, run down, dim interior and walkways, peeling wall papers, towels that was once white maybe about 3 years ago; lack of Business centre facilities
Hotel's location is great for those who have business appointments near Hong Qiao Airport area, however, keep your expectations low, just as their price.

The Hotel has a connection to the Airport at the Airport's upper level, very easy to get to the Hotel
Must have been a good Hotel when it was built. Seems run down now on all fronts.
I would still return to stay at this Hotel mainly because of convenience, location location location. Great overnight place for a single business traveller. Would however not recommend it if you are with family. Food also is conveniently located within a few minute of the hotel.
Restaurant Tip : There are convenient places to eat within walking distance of the Hotel. Also, if you order just a tea at the lobby restaurant / bar, you can use the internet there, by plugging your computer into the cable available.

English skills, cleanliness.
The staff at the counter didn't speak very good English but were friendly. The room had wallpaper cellotaped to the wall and the linen was not very clean but overall it was a convenient place to stay and the beds were comfortable. We would have liked a mini-bar in the room and some milk for the tea bags that had been provided.
