A hotel that made you think that you are in Japan
The spacious bedroom with very modern equipment.

From the name Nikko we did aware that this is a Japanese hotel.
Everything inside the hotel is very "Japanese". We are provided with yukata that we never see one except in Japan.If you love Japanese way and style, no doubt, this is it.

Location of the hotel was a little off the shopping area but taxi was easily available. The rooms were very comfortable and the staff were ever so friendly and efficient.

部屋のテレビの電源が入らず、修理に来てもらいました。こういった設備の不備は宿泊客の入室
前にちゃんとしておいて欲しいです。朝ごはんがエグゼクティブフロアだったのですが、私たち以外に客がいなくて、用意された料理も少なくて足りませんでした。もちろん後から追加してくれたのですが、だったら一般フロアの人と一緒に、量も種類も満足できる方が良かったです。プールとお風呂は清潔で快適でした。

静安寺にも徒歩15分ぐらいで、部屋はゆったりゴージャスで落ち着く場所でしたよ
部屋が広くて綺麗、ホテル設備も充実、落ち着いた雰囲気とロケーション、静安寺に散歩楽しい

シニア世代の母を連れて宿泊しましたが、上記理由で母も気に入っておりました。上海のワサワサ感がなく、ゆったりできますよ。いいホテルです。

中国語が話せない母と泊まりました。日本語が通じるのはフロントとコンシェルジュの一部、お土産やさんの方です。静安寺からも、江蘇路駅からも遠いのと、有名な観光地から若干遠いので、観光にはタクシー必須です。その際コンシェルジュがタクシーをよんでくれましたが、チップなどは請求されませんでした。本当に親切でした。お部屋は言うことなしで居心地が良かったです。母はプールがあることにとても喜んでいました。次上海へ旅行するすることがあったら又利用したいです。（ただし、ホテルの食事に関して言うならば、外で食べたほうが安く美味しいと思います）

テレビのみられるお風呂やウォシュレットつきトイレ、無料のインターネットなど行き届いていました。

バス停に近く、地下鉄駅からもさほど遠くないのでよく利用します。
日本の経営らしく、非常に行きとどいたきめ細かいサービスを提供してくれていると思います。
Shopping Tip:
徒歩1分ほどのバス停からバスに乗れば虹橋開発区や真珠城などへも行けます。交通費はバス代の2元のみでお得。

家族連れだったため、安心の日系ホテルということで日航上海に宿泊しました。
フロントは親切、部屋は広く清潔（但しエアコンと冷蔵庫は動きませんでしたが）、シャワーの水圧、シャワールームと別の浴槽と、かなり満足でした。
・・・しかし、コンシェルジュが最悪でした。コンシェルジュにてツアーやタクシーを手配しようとすると、市価の２倍の値段を吹っかけてきます。例えば、ホテルから西塘古鎮までのツアーが、なんと１人１４００元！（地球の歩き方によると７００元です）、それなら西塘までのタクシーを、というと、片道７００元！！（同ホテルのみやげ物屋の店員によると、２００元前後）。しまいには、私がチェックアウトしている間に、勝手にコンシェルジュが浦東空港行きのタクシーを手配していた！！それも定額５００元！！当然、そのタクシーには乗らずに別のタクシーに載りましたが（メーターで２００元弱）。本当に気分が悪くなりました。繰り返しますが、フロントスタッフは親切で愛想が良く、満足でしたが、胡散臭いコンシェルジュのせいで台無しでした。
Hotel Feature Tip:
コンシェルジュを利用してはいけません。気をつけてください。
