Reception staff were rude and yelled at customers, even the bellhops were more polite and spoke better English than them. Room was noisy and smoky, furniture and walls were dirty-looking and had tons of streaked marks (we couldn't help imagine what were done to these furniture!). Bathroom was funky,it had the least practical sink in the world: not enough space between the tap and the sink bottom surface to wash your hands. Cab driver ordered by hotel staff attempted to rob us 100rmb more for the ride to airport!!!

Normal so so , nothing so special only buffet breakfast provided

The bedroom and bathroom very small and clamp , partition wall are able to listen all kind of activities outside the bedroom. Buffet breakfast reasonable provided , laoximen metro station is appr 10-12 minutes walk from the hotel.
