Great Location for staying near Fudan University

If you are going to visit someone or staying near Fudan University, this is the best place to stay. It is 5-10 minutes walk to the Fudan University Dormitory for International Students.
The place looks modern and clean.
It is also 10 minutes walk from the Metro Line 3 Station.
If you are going to Shanghai as a tourist, apparently this is not the hotel for you as this is far from the tourist places like Nanjing Road (around 40 mins bus ride).

room was spacious and breakfast buffet was simple but had sufficient choices except the crispy bacon was soggy. Forgot expensive designer glasses when checking out, but retrieved them the following day. Subway station is a long walk away and so is Fudan University.

Hotel staff incredibly efficient when daughter's mobile phone was left in a taxi. Within 12 hours we had the phone back. Overall a good experience. , the porter, especially friendly and helpful. And , night manager, also.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Have your sightseeing addresses written out for you in Chinese characters so the taxi men can know where you want to go. Haggle hard in the markets.
