Room was good. Hotel condition and cleanliness was good. Food was expensive. An order of english clam chower with medium rare steak, came first time with well done steak and wrong soup. Second time came with the right soup but still a well done steak. A decent hotel. I stayed in a superior two beds room, room condition was good. Full washroom facility was good. Food was very expensive and quality wasn’t the best. A room service order of English clam chowder with medium rare steak, came first time with well done steak and wrong soup. Second time came with the right soup but still a well done steak. I just finished it anyways, didn’t file for any complain. Exercise room and swimming pool were managed by a fitness club that is opened to the public. Even though it was next door but I did not feel comfortable sharing with other people, so ended up not using any of these facilities in my 12 days of stay. Quite far from the nearest subway station.

Clean, New, Fairly good service. Does not have anything near by, not within walking distance to anywhere. it's like in the middle of no where. Although it's in the same district of the exhibition center, It does not really close to it, it cost you RMB 25 to RMB 35 to the exhibition center. There is shuttle bus, but of course, you have be very precise about the time to go there and get back to the hotel.
There's nothing within the walking distance, when you walk out from the hotel at night, it's total dark, and nothing out there.
Beside that the service is fairly OK, clean, tidy. And new. Restaurant is OK, but kitchen close at 9PM. The mini bar's fridge is not cold enought. And does not have a bottle opener.

the hotel rate is priced very reasonable.the rooms are nice & the bathroom is well designed.the internet is free,the facilities in the room is very new & of good quality.its also very comfortable.the staff are friendly & helpful.its really a nice place.the scenery from the room is beautiful.

New facility and very spacious rooms. Location of Hotel is far from outside activities, bus or trains. If you have business in the area around Pudong, this hotel would be an excellent choice. There are no restaurants or other entertainment in the area. The staff was friendly and helpful always and whent out of their way to provide assistence when requested. Overall a very nice hotel experience and Pudong is growing quickly so the issue of location may change soon.

The separate shower and bathtub were luxurious, the room was spacious and the robes were comfortable.
The spa services and cafe was also great. Internet access was inconvenient because it was not wireless. In room dining was also expensive and the server was borderline argumentative. The hotel location was kind of bad because there were no nice shopping areas within walking distance. We only stayed there because it was closer to the airport. The separate shower and bathtub were luxurious, the room was spacious, and the robes were comfortable. The spa services and cafe was also relaxing.

A good furnished room; nice bathroom; good breakfast and good service. A bit far away from the center of Shanghai. This hotel is still close to Pudong Airport, and if you travel to the nearest subway station almost half an hour to the center of the city.
The hotel is modern, has good rooms, even a sport-center to go to.
Restaurant Tip : The restaurant has a good menu, western and Asian.
