cleaniness, helpfull staff,eminities like good health club, heated pool slightly over priced, restaurents close at 9.30 pm this a good hotel situated down town, suitable if you have activity/work near by. Its clean, staff is polite and helpfull,emenities are good specially health club ,and heated pool. The room service is fast and food good. over all the experience is good,slightly over priced. worth a try. the lobby is picturous and lively, lifts fast.

Externals , breakfast of buffet style(delicious) The pillow cover is a wrinkle , a little bit noisy(The highway is near. )
I think that the amenity and service are good for the price. Moreover, the location is near the tube station, and is also near the convenience store. I think that it is a satisfying hotel several times in the person who has come to Shanghai.

it is a five-star hotel, transportation is no problem because it is right beside a subway station. the staff attended to our airplane reservation and taxi requirement efficiently it was a satisfying experience. from check in to check out, it was flawless. nice and spacious lobby, efficient and helpful staff, nice and well-kept room. it was a perfect vacation
