The reason we booked this hotel was because we wanted a view of the Pudong side from the bund. However when we arrived, we were told that because we booked through Agoda, we only could stay on the 7th floor which offered mainly roof top views of the surrounding warehouses and some views of Pudong. Imagine the disappointment! We were then told if we wanted the 25th floor, we had to pay an additional fee. Nevertheless I doubt I will ever stay there again.

Great view & location
I have stayed at many international hotel chains and I have to admit that my stay at Hyatt on the Bund is my best yet. The location, room size and cleanliness and the friendly staff made me smile
