The hotel was excellent , in all manners and I would have recommend this hotel to all economy business travelers from Europe/ Asia... I was happy to observe the general outlook of the hotel .... h/e whole of my night was spoiled by night bugs who did not let me sleep whole night ... This one issue has negative all the plus points of this hotel .. it was near Metro and clean and friendly hotel.... but this mis fortunate happening to be treated on top priority ..

Budget hotel with basic facility

You can expect 3 star budget hotel with very basic facility here. Close to metro, easy to travel across Shanghai but hotel itself doesn't have anything much at all. Service is poor, front desk is not helpful and hard to communicate with. They made up room everyday, but it didn't seem properly cleaned. Bathroom never been cleaned, hair all over on the floor, dust underneath the bed, a bottle of water not provided everyday (maid forgot to refill in the room but you can ask front desk to bring them up, if you can reach them by phone,hard to get someone pick up your phone, borrow a hair dryer from front desk, it took 3 days until I got it and had to pay 100 RMB for deposit,if you just want a place to stay, nothing fancy with cheap price, just go with it.

I had just what I expect booking at Ibis: simple room, but clean.
The location of the hotel was convenient to go to the exhibition center.
No restaurant around, no good breakfast
Restaurant Tip:
If you want to have dinner, have it before going back to the hotel. If you are going to the exhibition hall, there are several interesting restaurant in the big Mall in front of W5 hall.

it's close to my friends' place, that's the main reason why i booked it. However, the second time i check in, i found insects on the bed. doubt the cleaness of the hotel afterwards
