i have to wait for a long time at the lobby before they can find my reservation at this hotel. traveled 4 hours to get to shanghai and you just want to lay down and be comfortable.. the frondesk staff were "unaccomodating" and did not even bother to offer me to sit down to locate my booking. the room are so dirty and forgot to sweep the floor.. if you want to stay in this hotel, i suggest you bring your own towel.. their towels got holes in it and i grade that very poorly.
if you are not so picky, its okay ..accesible to subway stations and the food is just around the corner. i just wish they could be more pleasant to foreigners as well not just with their local people.

Good Location , Affordable Pricing
The location is superb , walking distance to metro and to shopping areas . Foods are nice nearby and the convenient store is just next to the hotel

The room are good size but the cleanliness drop as compare to the first time i stay in the place a year ago .. The heater is really not working well , so the duplex unit that i took is having the donwstair bathroom area and the living area are extremely cold during the stay .
