Couples United States of America, April 18, 2013	close to subway, residential neighborhood quiet, close to subway station, close to local restaurant 6.3 comparing to our last year's stay, the hotel has gone downhill in quality. The room was smoky, hardwood floor was dirty, bed was lumpy,and soft. Linens were at the end of their lives. one good point, there's laundry room on 24 floor for guest, a plus for backpacker.

After one year, the place has been ran down. bed was lumpy, soft. linens were like rags. the hardwood floor was dirty. With over 22 floors, and they do not have any non smokers floor or room. When asked for non smokers room, they said all rooms have been smoke cleaned (which is just opened the window)
