decor , wine in the evening , breakfast , staff no view from studio rooms - bit claustrophobic fantastic hotel with amazing decor and attention to detail , great breakfast served by smiling staff , staff overall extremaly halpful and attentive , wine and nibbles in the evening - huge bonus . Good position for everything and plenty of good places to eat and shop on your doorstep , the only drawback is total lack of views from studio rooms - they face a wall a meter away - feels a bit weird and claustrophobic - but fantastic hotel in every other sense .

great location, extremely helpful staff, excellent food ( italian restuarant)
nice rooms,service, atmoshphere....perfect stay overall a fantastic stay.... I would definitly stay there again if I ever go to Shanghai.
all the little details were thought of, down to the staff getting us cabs

. Restaurant wine list is overpriced. The Hotel is well located and very convenient to public transport. The accommodation and guest facilities are thoughtfully and well designed, offering first class accommodation. Hotel staff are extremely well trained and attentive, who are eager to ensure that guests are made welcome, and feel welcome. Most have good English language skills which help communication. The restaurant offers an excellent Italian based menu, with a lot of food ( e.g. past and bread) made in house. The wine list is both good and international. The Jia ('Home') unlike other hotel,truly reflects its name. I would stay their again
