Conveniently located close to the Shanghai-Nanjing Expressway this hotel is easily accessed from both the main airports in Shanghai. The Jin Jiang Jin Sha Hotel features its own shopping center, offering souvenirs as well as essentials such as medicine, drinks and snacks. There is even a nightclub located in the hotel which allows guest to unwind after a busy day, as well as a full fitness center and massage service. There are a total of seven restaurants that each serve a wide range of food, including local Chinese favorites and western dishes. There is subway station a short walk away which is great for those looking to navigate the city quickly and efficiently. The hotel has a total of 289 rooms and mainly caters to business guests thanks to the nearby Intex Exhibition Centre as well as the many corporate amenities such as banquet halls, meeting rooms numerous restaurants.

Nice, clean, and a pretty hotel. Decor was interesting. Rooms were clean, everything was in place. Everything worked. It was a challenge finding english language stations, but that is part of the fun staying in a foreign country. The staff were excellent and very helpful. The gift shop was very nice, as well as the travel agency in the hotel.
The hotel is further outside of the main touristy part of Shanghai, and our taxi driver had a hard time finding it. There is nothing to see within walking distance, but a few small shops. The subway is a good 15 minute walk.
The website that advertizes this hotel says it is within walking distance of the center of town. They must have refered to another center of town, because it is no where near the museums and tourist attractions. It is very misleading from the map that was given on the internet.
We enjoyed a night's stay, but had to move closer to downtown, so we would not waste a 30 to 40 minute commute into town and back each day. The beds are quite hard.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Use and find the subways, and take taxis sometimes, they are inexpensive and safe. Try the local food, even on the streets. Speak to the people, they are so kind and friendly.Bring your own face cloth when in China.
